Every penny counts in the fight against pediatric cancer! The funds raised by students just like you make it possible for The Four Diamonds Fund to continue providing superior care, comprehensive support, and innovative research to the children receiving treatment at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital. There are endless ways that your organization can fundraise for THON, but the following provides information about the easiest and most sustainable among them.

• Canning: During four designated weekends throughout the fundraising season, THON volunteers travel throughout the mid-Atlantic region to fundraise via canister solicitation.
• Letter Writing with THONvelopes: THON volunteers can send THONvelope letters to their friends and family as a simple way to solicit donations.
• Canvassing: Any time during the fundraising season, volunteers can canvass (walk door-to-door) for THON.
• Small Business and Corporate Solicitation: THON volunteers can solicit donations from Small Businesses or Corporations by submitting a “New Company Contact” form on THINK and sending the company a Corporate Solicitation Packet.
• Alternative Fundraising Events: Volunteers can raise money for their organization by holding fundraising events throughout the fundraising season.

Since first partnering with The Fund in 1977, the hard working and dedicated Penn State students have raised more than $78 million for the fight against pediatric cancer.
