Shots From Above

Photographer Maxwell Kruger captured THON 2009 unlike anyone has done in the past. Using an array of cameras, he recorded two time-lapse videos and six different overhead angles. The unique time-lapse videos show the entire THON weekend from beginning to end, including the setup and clean up. One camera was attached to the catwalks to capture a wide angle view of the weekend. For the other angle, the basketball scoreboard in the center of the Bryce Jordan Center was lowered and Maxwell attached a camera to the bottom of it before raising it back into the ceiling.
